Born and raised in Montreal, Canada, Harry Klein majored in Theatre at John Abbott College. While a student, he wrote and acted in several plays, as well as served as producer for other productions. He then went on to study Journalism, Advertising and Public Relations at Concordia University.

After graduating from The Dave Boxer School of Broadcasting, Harry became a radio announcer for CKAP 580 in Kapuskasing, Ontario. His morning program, “Start Your Day with Harry K,” was a station favourite.

In 2003, Harry took an old, dilapidated shoe shine chair and restored it to its original, natural beauty. The chair’s Cinderella-like transformation became the inspiration for the Harry Klein Shoe Shine Company.

Influenced by Walt Disney, Harry injects a show biz mentality into your business event — making guests smile, feel important, and treating them to a first-class shoe shine experience, while at the same time polishing their image.
